Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund or return.

For all other items to be eligible for a refund or return, the item must be returned to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. The product must be unopened and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team to obtain a free return shipping label.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or contaminated in any way, please reach out to us immediately. We will be happy to send you a free replacement, regardless of the product’s expiration date.
